- Handcrafted Nature: All of our soaps are individually handcrafted. Because of this, products may vary slightly in appearance, weight, design, colour, or scent from batch to batch or from photos shown on our website.
- Weight & Sizing: Stated weights are approximate as artisan soaps can evaporate water over time.
3. Medical & Skin Safety Disclaimer
- Not Medical Advice: Products offered by Suds for Buds are for cosmetic and personal care use only. Our products and product claims are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.
- Allergens & Ingredients: All ingredients are listed on our product pages and labels. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients for known allergies or sensitivities.
- Patch Test Recommended: We recommend performing a small patch test on your skin prior to full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
4. Orders & Payment
- We accept payments via credit/debit card (including Visa and Mastercard), and express checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-4 business days.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address entries by the customer, or customs holds.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Hygiene Policy: Due to the personal hygiene nature of soap and skincare items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.
